Problems with Sleep

There are many problems people can face with sleep

These come in various different forms such as:

  • Disturbed sleep
  • Hearing things in the night
  • Not being able to get off to sleep
  • Insomnia
  • Nightmares / night terrors
  • Sleep paralysis
  • Bed wetting
  • Sleep walking

It is very common for people of all ages to experience sleep problems, this doesn’t always mean that there is a mental health problem however it can be influenced by diets, lifestyles, worries, stress, anxieties, big changes such as moving house or school. If sleep problems persist and are impacting on your day to day life you could seek help from you GP.
